As you know, temperatures in Gainesville have hit record lows this winter! Siembra Farm is asking for support to help us through this challenging time and keep us on track for moving into our brand-new barn!

We are grateful for your continuous support over the last 15 years of farming in Gainesville. The farm has grown from a few acre market garden to 20 acres, feeding thousands of people every season.

One of our goals was to build a larger, more ergonomic barn that fits the needs of our increased food production. Our vision is to move into a two-story building with a concrete floor. This will allow us to have a space for events, workshops, a place to store our abundant produce, and will lessen the physical burden on our employees!

Unfortunately, this building project has coincided with one of our coldest winters. Even with extensive frost protection, we have experienced crop losses of $15,000.

Our goal is to raise $15,000 that will go directly toward barn expenses, paying our hardworking employees, and finishing out this season strong.
