Roselle/Hibiscus

Simple Roselle Tea:

1 pint roselle

4 cups water

Peel the calyces (the red part) off the fibrous seed pod (hard green center).

Wash the calyces off.

Steep in boiling water for 15-20 min.

Strain and add sweetener to your liking.

Drink warm or chilled!

You can try all kinds of flavors with roselle!

For iced, I like to use moringa, ginger, and lime or lemon.

For hot, I use ginger, cloves, cinnamon, and orange.
