Roselle/Hibiscus

Simple Roselle Tea:

1 pint roselle

4 cups water

Peel the calyces (the red part) off the fibrous seed pod (hard green center). Wash the calyces off.

Steep in boiling water for 15-20 min. Strain and add sweetener to your liking. Drink warm or chilled!
